Welcome to DonnBoy ("App", "we", "us", or "our"). DonnBoy is a platform that connects fitness professionals, bodybuilders, and muscular individuals ("Candidates") with individuals or organisations seeking such talent for various roles such as Personal Security, Bouncer, Model, Fitness Trainer, Health Coach etc. ("Viewers"). This platform is operated by M/s Saulti TechWorks (OPC) Pvt. Ltd which owns DonnBoy (DonnBoy.com).

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, share, and protect your personal information when you use our mobile application and related services. By creating an account or using DonnBoy, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, please do not use our App. We encourage you to read this document carefully.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information You Provide Directly

When you register and use DonnBoy, we collect information you voluntarily provide, including but not limited to:

Name, Email address and Date of Birth
City & Country of residence
Physical attributes including height
Professional Photographs
Information regarding Work Experience & Education Level
Health disclosures (optional): Any health conditions you choose to share
Service Types
Driving Ability and License status
Availability status (occupied / available for new roles)

2.2 Information Generated Through App Use

We automatically collect certain information as you use the App:

Connection requests sent & received, and their acceptance or rejection status
Messages sent between connected users
Ratings assigned to Candidate profiles by Viewers (Excellent, Good, Average, Poor)
Profile Views and Likes received
Blocking and Reporting actions

2.3 Device and Technical Information

Push Notification token (for delivering notifications to your device)
Device platform (Android or iOS)
IP address (logged for rate limiting and security purposes)

2.4 Images

Profile photographs and gallery images are uploaded by you and stored in Cloud Storage. All uploaded images are screened using AI based system to detect and reject inappropriate content before storage.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information collected for the following purposes:

To create and manage your User Account
To match Candidates with Viewers based on Location, Service Preferences and Availability using our proprietary relevance scoring algorithm
To enable Connection Requests, Messaging and Professional Networking between Users
To Calculate & Display Profile engagement metrics including a Profile Hit Rate score based on ratings received
To Send Push Notifications about New Connection Requests, Accepted Requests, Messages, Ratings and Profile Activity
To detect and prevent inappropriate content, fraudulent accounts, abusive behaviour and violations of our Terms of Service
To log API calls and query analytics for performance monitoring and service improvement
To comply with applicable laws and legal obligations

4. Information Shared With Third Parties

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We share information only in the following limited circumstances:

4.1 Service Providers

We use the following third-party services to operate the App. Each processes data only as necessary to provide their service:

Cloud Storage: For storing and serving Images
AI System: For detecting inappropriate content
Cloud Messaging: for delivering push notifications to your device
Web Server: For database storage

4.2 Other Users

Certain profile information is visible to other users of the App as part of the core functionality:

Candidates: Your Name, Age, Height, City, Country, Profile Photo, Gallery Images, Service Offered, Experience, Education Level, Driving details, Health disclosures (if provided), and availability status are visible to Viewers.
Viewers: Your Name, City, Country, Profile photo, and Service preferences are used for matching but are not displayed in full detail to Candidates.
Ratings you assign to profiles are stored against your account email but are not publicly disclosed to the rated user.

4.3 Legal Requirements

We may disclose your information if required to do so by law, court order, or government authority, or if we believe in good faith that such disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a legal request.

5. Content Moderation and Automated Processing

All images uploaded to DonnBoy are automatically screened by an AI based system before they are stored or made visible to other users. Images detected as likely to contain adult content, graphic violence, or explicit material are rejected and not stored. This process is automated and does not involve human review of your images in the ordinary course.

Our profile discovery algorithm uses an automated relevance scoring system that factors in location match, service preference match, availability, work experience, and account age to determine the order in which profiles appear to Viewers. You may appear higher or lower in discovery results based on these factors.

6. Data Storage and Retention

Your personal data is stored in safe Cloud Storage. Your data is retained for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the services.

If you delete your account or request deletion of your data, we will remove your personal information from active databases within a reasonable period. Some information may be retained in backup systems for a limited time or where required by law.

Gallery images deleted through the App are permanently removed from Cloud Storage and our database records.

Message content exchanged between users is stored in our database and is retained until account deletion is requested.

7. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

Right to Access: You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
Right to Correction: You may update your profile information directly through the App at any time.
Right to Deletion: You may request that we delete your account and associated personal data.
Right to Withdraw Consent: You may withdraw consent for push notifications at any time through your device settings. Note that withdrawing consent for certain data processing may limit App functionality.

To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at the email address provided in Section 11. We will respond to your request within a reasonable timeframe and in accordance with applicable law.

8. Blocking and Reporting

DonnBoy provides in-app tools to block users and report concerning behaviour. When you block a user, they will no longer appear in your discovery feed and will not be able to send you connection requests. When you submit a report, the report reason and both user Ids are stored for review purposes. Reports are not publicly visible.

Users found to have uploaded inappropriate content are subject to permanent blocking of their account as disclosed in the App at the time of upload.

9. Security

We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information, including:

API rate limiting to prevent abuse.
Input validation and parameterised database queries to prevent injection attacks.
AI based content screening before image storage.
HTTPS encryption for all data in transit between the App and our servers.

However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your information and encourage you to keep your email login credentials safe and to log out if no longer using the App.

10. Children's Privacy

DonnBoy is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from underage users. If we become aware that a user is under 18, we will take steps to delete their account and associated information. If you believe a minor has registered on our platform, please contact us immediately.

11. International Users

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom, or other jurisdictions with specific data protection laws, you may have additional rights under those laws (such as GDPR). We are committed to honouring those rights to the extent applicable. Please contact us if you wish to exercise rights under applicable data protection legislation.

12. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, legal requirements, or for other operational reasons. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document and, where practicable, by sending Email or push notification or in-app notice.
